Canadian short-term rental launch course

Hosted: From Suite to Short-Term Rental

A practical Canadian course for launching a compliant, guest-ready stay.

Learn the setup, rule-checking process, guest experience, pricing, cleaning, and operating systems we used to launch our own compliant BC stay, adapted for hosts across Canada with identifying property details kept private.

Canada-wide, founder-led, privacy-protected

Built from real Canadian hosting experience, without putting our home on display.

Hosted is for Canadian homeowners who want a grounded path from "could this work?" to a guest-ready short-term rental. We use real lessons from our own Fraser Valley launch, while keeping the exact property, listing, address, neighbourhood, exterior, and access details private.

Why this exists

Starting a short-term rental in Canada has become more complicated.

The opportunity is still real, but old generic hosting advice is not enough anymore. Canadian hosts need to think about provincial rules, municipal licensing, registration, insurance, tax, guest expectations, cleaning systems, pricing, and platform setup before they open a calendar.

Hosted helps you work through those decisions in the right order so you can avoid expensive mistakes and launch with a clear operating plan.

60 days to a structured launch plan
CA Canada-wide framework with local rule-checking prompts
5 star guest-experience systems built in from day one
